In a time where almost everything is technologically driven, we need a few reminders to step back and be a human for a bit. As a parent, sometimes it can be a challenge to remember this. Put that phone down, turn the computer off or set that tablet down. Your child needs you. Your job is to teach and train them (Proverbs 22:6; Deut 6:6-7). That job is difficult to pull off when your attention is focused on that piece of technology in your line of sight.
