K-12 Tuition Assistance Program
Calvin Christian School seeks to assist families that are unable to pay the full cost of education. Calvin does this through the Tuition Assistance Program, a need-based tuition assistance program for families with students enrolled in kindergarten through 12th grade.
Admissions and tuition assistance processes are distinct and separate. Tuition assistance has no bearing on the Admission Committee’s deliberations and its assessment of an applicant’s potential as a Calvin Christian School student. The school makes decisions on tuition assistance based on the demonstrated needs of each family as opposed to merit-based scholarships. Consequently, no awards are made solely based on academic, athletic, or artistic ability.
Calvin Christian School uses FACTS Tuition Aid Services to collect all necessary family data, analyze it, and provide the information to the school via a secure web-based interface. Any K-12 family may apply for tuition assistance.
The Tuition Assistance program is 100% funded by generous donations to the school’s Legacy Fund.
K-12 Tuition Policy
- K-12 Payments can be made on a 10 or 11-month basis or paid quarterly, by semester, or for the entire year.
- A K-12 student in attendance for any part of a quarter must pay for the entire quarter.
- Monthly payments must be paid by the agreed upon date of each month.
- Tuition payment is late after 10 days from agreed upon payment date.
- All accounts must be paid in full in order to re-enroll students.
