Check In begins at 8:15 AM on the Upper School campus. The gates will be open for our guests at 8:00 AM.
- 8:15 AM: All guests will be welcomed with a reception, complete with hot and cold beverages and delicious treats, on the Upper School campus.
- 8:45 AM: The Heritage Center theater doors will open to begin seating for the 9:00 AM program.
- 9:00 AM: The Elementary through High School program will begin.
- 10:30 AM: A special Early Childhood Education (age 2- Kindergarten Prep) Square Time will occur in the United Reformed Church chapel.
- 11:00 AM: ECE through 5th grade classroom visits will begin.
- 12:00 PM: All K-12 students will be dismissed.

Please note that the parking lot on the Upper School campus will be reserved for guests with limited mobility. Additional parking will be available at the Elementary campus next to the church. There will be a “tram” service between the Elementary campus and Upper School campus.
Parents – this event is for our grandparent and special friend community. However, we have a variety of volunteer opportunities available. Please email events@calvinchristian.school to sign up to help!
