EXECUTIVE PRODUCER, MUSIC THEATER
We are looking for an organized, attentive, fun and energetic person to join our team who knows his/her call by their Lord & Savior Jesus Christ to offer well-coordinated and motivational leadership to Calvin’s after school co-curricular music theatre program.
The Executive Producer is responsible for the organization, coordination and communication of logistics for our three annual, after-school musicals explained below in the job description. This role is also responsible for all outward-facing communication to participant families and the public, as well as internal coordination with relevant staff, ensuring clear and consistent messaging throughout every phase of production.
Required Qualifications:
- Have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Be willing to submit to and honor the standards outlined in the Employee Handbook and/or the Code of Conduct.
- Faithfully attend and financially support a local church whose beliefs are in agreement with the school.
- Since the position is physically demanding, the person serving must possess significant strength and physical ability to perform all duties as assigned.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

- Comfortable serving as a public-facing representative of the program and event host.
